Positive: Location is fabulous, hotel staff professional and makes you feel welcome from the first minute.

Positive: The room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom though small had a good shower . The location is fantastic, near sunset but on a quiet street nearby so you feel a little sheltered from the busy streets nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and overall there was a nice style and vibe to the hotel.
Negative: Firstly, $65 a night for parking seems a little excessive but we had to pay as there was no other option. We also had a few issues which I have outlined below: On the Saturday morning we were woken up at 9am to the sound of a chainsaw outside our window as a worker was trimming the trees. No idea why this was done so early on a weekend morning, but it lasted for an hour. We had been out the evening before, which is normal on a Friday night in West Hollywood, so this abrupt noise really not welcome and stopped us getting a good nights sleep. We also were looking forward to a pool day on the Saturday afternoon, but for some reason the pool was shut for that day. There was an offer to join the pool at a sister hotel but we chose this hotel specifically so we wouldn't have to travel for pool time on the Saturday. This was a little annoying. Servicing the room is only done at request, which is absolutely fine. However, we requested this when we head out on the Saturday, only to return that evening and the room had not been serviced. These incidents did spoil our trip somewhat.
Summary: Boutique hotel in quiet part of West Hollywood

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Everytime you left and came back they greeted you and anything you needed you could just ask! The rooms were really spacious, rooftop was a lovely area to chill, they had a tennis court, and gym.
Negative: The fireplace was always on so sometimes it slightly smelt like gas but it wasn’t extreme or it didn’t make the room warm at all. The pool area was a little small and there wasn’t enough seating.
Summary: AMAZING AND WORTH THE MONEY!!
